If you want Indian, this is the place to go. There are probably 15-20 restaurants on just this one block. The two or three I've been to all had good food, and it's all really cheap. Plus, most of the places are BYOB. Stop at Astor Wines on 8th & St. Marks on the way over and you can have dinner for two w/ wine for right at $20. Live music at some places too.
