Great Dominican/Cuban food, at great prices. The atmosphere? Well, the lights are flourescent. But the food more than makes up for it. The waitresses treat you like family, and it's the only place in NYC that I've found which doesn't look at you funny when you ask for a Corona with Lime.

Highly recommended for breakfast. One of the best plates of beans, rice and fried eggs in the City. Top it off with a strong cup of cuban coffee to give the day a nice edge. For the lunch, the traditional Cuban Sandwich is a real treat (how many sandwiches consist of 2 types of pork and a slab of white cheese?)
