The best NY-style thin-crust pizza in Manhattan. If you grew up in NYC or the surrounding area this is the real deal. Deep-dish style is not New York, and Ray's hasn't been Italian (or had Italian-style pizza) for twenty years. Sal and Carmine make pizza that tastes like the pizza that my Grandmother made (she grew up in Napoli).
