As of now (June, 2000), this web page is quite out of date. I'm working on making improvements, so stay tuned...

Between October 1993 and August 1996 I was the part-time Assistant Systems Administrator at CTR. I worked under Seth Robertson and later under Bill Paul to ensure that the CTR machines stayed up and running.

From August 1996 to June 1999, I worked as the full-time Systems Administrator for the Civil Engineering Department here at the School Of Engineering And Applied Science in at Columbia University.

I currently work for Taos -- The Sys-Admin Company as a systems administration consultant. My major projects with the company have involved work in an ISP NOC and the management of a major company's Year 2000 project.

I received my Bachelors Of Science degree for Computer Science in February, 1997.

In May, 1999, I received my Bachelor Of Arts degree from Columbia's School of General Studies in the discipline of Comparative Religion. I wrote my thesis on the subject of how religiously oriented high schools teach the subjects of American and World History. This was an absolutely massive project, and I'm still working on brushing up the details of the work. If you want to see part of the work in progress or the bibliography, please e-mail me.

I was born in Providence, RI and spent the first 18 years of my life there.

Okay, a lot of people have these cool counter programs on their pages to tell how many people have shown interest with our lives. I'll be a conformist and try it myself:

In college I was a member of Pizmon, a Jewish A Capella group. Afterwards, I was a member of Key Tov, a New York area group. For a list of other collegiate A Capella groups, click here.
